Always carry required HK Chemicals, Consumables, Equipments etc. for dusting. | Do not use toilet dusters directly on WC, urinals, washbasin etc. when they are soiled. |
After cleaning the area place the things back to their positions. | Do not disturb any belongings/ equipments etc. |
Always use separate dusters to clean the Toilets and other areas | Avoid wearing bracelets, big lockets, big watches, thick threads etc on duty |
Please handover found valuables(mobile, cash etc.) to Property Management Office. | Do not manipulate the in and out register |
Always smile and greet those you meet | Do not block passages with any HK equipments. |
Always carry job cards/ schedule while on duty | Do not take any HK material from stores unless getting permission from the superiors. |
Always declare personal valuables before and after the shift. | Do not talk loudly when on duty |
Always come well groomed{proper shaven, trimmed hair neat uniform, etc) on all working | Dispose the garbage whenever required |
Always enter in and out time correctly in the register whenever coming in or going out of the premises |
